Code § 45-49-140","heading":"Definitions.","body":"The following words and terms as used in this subpart shall have the following meanings ascribed to them, unless a contrary meaning is apparent from the context:\n(1) DISTRICT FOR FIGHTING FIRES. A district created under this subpart for establishing and maintaining a system for fighting or preventing fires.\n(2) DISTRICT FOR FIRE FIGHTING AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES.
