Code § 45-49-261.11","heading":"Permit and Application Fees.","body":"The Mobile County Commission may levy permit and application fees deemed necessary to administer ordinances and zoning regulations promulgated hereunder. The fees shall cover the cost of administrative activities performed hereunder by the agencies of the county commission and the board of adjustment.
