Code § 45-49-81.40","heading":"Supplemental Salary.","body":"(a) In Mobile County in addition to the salaries paid to each of the Circuit Judges of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit by the state, there shall also be paid to each of the judges a supplement salary in the sum equal to 45 percent of the salary paid each of the judges by the State of Alabama.
