Code § 45-49A-63.62","heading":"Termination of Employment.","body":"(a) A member who terminates his or her employment as a uniformed officer, other than by reason of death or disability, after he or she has 15 years of service, the last 10 years of service being without a break in service exceeding one year, but before he or she is eligible to receive a benefit under Section 45-49A-63.60, shall receive a benefit equal to the benefit he or she would otherwise receive under Section 45-49A-63.60.
