Code § 45-5-111","heading":"Appointment of Clerks; Rules and Regulations.","body":"(a) The Probate Judge of Blount County shall appoint one or more regular clerks in the probate office as deputy registrars empowered to take applications, testimony, and oaths of applicants for voting registration at any time the probate office is open to the public for business.
