Code § 45-50-233","heading":"Additional Fees; Disposition of Funds.","body":"(a) In addition to all existing charges, fees, judgments, and costs of court, the fee for each document or court order generated by or processed through the office of the Monroe County Circuit Clerk to be personally served by the Monroe County Sheriff, or his or her designee, shall be twenty dollars ($20).
