Code § 45-51-220.07","heading":"Hunting Preserve - Hunting Licenses Required of Patrons; Operators as Agent Vendors of Licenses.","body":"Alabama hunting licenses shall be required of all persons hunting on licensed hunting preserves. Alabama residents shall be licensed under the regularly established game laws. Each nonresident hunting on a licensed preserve shall be required to possess a regular nonresident annual hunting license or a nonresident trip hunting license.
