Code § 45-51-232.02","heading":"Fees for Fingerprinting, Criminal History Investigations, and Reports.","body":"(a) The Sheriff of Montgomery County may charge and collect a total fee of not more than twenty-five dollars ($25) per request for the following administrative services: Fingerprinting and, where authorized by law, criminal history investigations and reports thereon.
