Code § 45-52-81.01","heading":"Expense Allowance - Circuit Clerk.","body":"Commencing October 1, 1981, the Circuit Clerk of the Eighth Judicial Circuit shall be paid, in addition to any other salary or expense allowance provided by law, an additional expense allowance of one thousand two hundred dollars ($1,200) per annum.
