Code § 45-56-70.02","heading":"County Commissioner Contracts.","body":"In any year in which the Randolph County Commissioners are to be elected at the general election, the county commission shall be prohibited from entering into any long-term contract within six months prior to the general election, except in emergency situations where the county could not function effectively without a contract.
