Code § 45-57-170.03","heading":"Enforcement.","body":"(a) This subpart shall be enforced by the Russell County Commission.\n(b) The Russell County Commission may commence a civil action in the name of the Russell County Commission in the Circuit Court of Russell County to abate or enjoin any public nuisances declared by this subpart.
