Code § 45-57-200.01","heading":"Authorizing Mail Order Fee for Renewal of Business Licenses by Mail.","body":"(a) The Russell County Commission may establish an additional fee to be entitled mail order fee which shall be set from time to time by the commission to pay the costs of mailing or overhead relating to business license renewals.
