Code § 45-57-202.01","heading":"Cost-of-Living Increases for Motor Vehicle License Commissioner.","body":"(a) The Russell County Commission may provide for cost-of-living increases for the motor vehicle license commissioner in addition to any salary or compensation being paid to the motor vehicle license commissioner.\n(b) This section shall be read in pari materia with Section 40–6A–2.
