Code § 45-57-242.03","heading":"Violations; Misdemeanor; Conviction.","body":"Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any provision of this part, or the rules and regulations as may be provided by the county commission, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished as prescribed by law.
