Code § 45-58-233.04","heading":"Defendant to Pay Supervision Fee.","body":"In addition to all other conditions of release of a defendant pending trial as now or hereafter provided by law or rule of court, a judicial officer may, as a condition of release, require the prisoner to report to the Shelby County Work Release Commission on a periodic basis pending adjudication and require the defendant to pay the Shelby County Work Release Commission a reasonable supervision fee of not less than twenty dollars ($20) per month to cover the cost of supervision.
