Code § 45-58-83.45","heading":"Payment of Costs for Installation of System.","body":"No monies owned or controlled by the county, other than the special recording fees, shall be applied by the county for payment of any part of the initial installation costs; and the initial installation costs shall be paid entirely out of the special recording fees.
