Code § 45-59-70.01","heading":"Election of Commission Members; Terms.","body":"After May 17, 2004, the members of the St. Clair County Commission shall continue to be elected as provided by law and shall hold office for four years, except the term of office for members representing District 2, District 3, and District 4 shall be extended for two years, making their current term of office six years in order to provide for staggered terms of the commission.
