Code § 45-59-82.47","heading":"Collection and Disposition of Funds.","body":"(a) Application fees required by this subpart shall be collected by the St. Clair County Circuit Clerk’s office. The fees shall then be disbursed to the district attorney and shall be deposited by the district attorney into a lawfully established account, the pretrial diversion fund as described in Section 45–59–82.49.
