Code § 45-59-83.01","heading":"Additional Fees for Marriage Ceremonies.","body":"In addition to all other costs, fees, and charges assessed pursuant to applicable law in the Probate Court of St. Clair County, a fee of fifteen dollars ($15) shall be charged and collected for each marriage ceremony performed by the Judge of Probate of St. Clair County.
