Code § 45-8-240","heading":"Establishment of Office; Election and Term.","body":"At the expiration of the terms of office of the Tax Assessor and Tax Collector of Calhoun County in September 2003, there shall be established the office of County Revenue Commissioner in Calhoun County. A county revenue commissioner shall be elected at an election called for that purpose in 2002 and every six years thereafter.
