Code § 45-8-70","heading":"Mileage Compensation.","body":"The Calhoun County Commission shall pay all persons entitled to receive mileage compensation from the county commission the same rate for each mile traveled as the State of Alabama pays to persons entitled to receive mileage compensation from the state.
