Code § 45-8A-130.03","heading":"Civil Service Rules and Regulations.","body":"All employees of the city shall be governed by civil service rules and regulations prescribed in or promulgated pursuant to this part, administered by a civil service board, the creation of which is provided for in Section 45- 8A-130.04.
