Code § 45-8A-22.03","heading":"Civil Service Rules and Regulations.","body":"All civil service employees and grandfathered employees of the city shall be governed by civil service rules and regulations prescribed in or promulgated pursuant to this subpart, administered by a civil service board, the creation of which is provided for in Section 45-8A-22.04.
