Code § 5-8A-42","heading":"Objections to Claims; Unproven or Unclaimed Deposits.","body":"Objections to any claim or deposit not rejected by the receiver may be made by any party interested by filing a copy of such objections with the clerk of the receivership court and with the receiver, who shall present the same to the receivership court before the time of the next application to declare a dividend.
