Code § 6-6-802","heading":"Final Report of Receiver; Discharge.","body":"(a) If required by the court, on completion of a receiver’s duties, the receiver shall file a final report including all of the following:\n(1) A description of the activities of the receiver in the conduct of the receivership.\n(2) A list of receivership property at the commencement of the receivership and any receivership property received during the receivership.\n(3) A list of disbursements, including payments to professionals engaged by the receiver.\n(4) A list of dispositions of receivership property.\n(5) A list of distributions made or proposed to be made from the receivership for creditor claims.\n(6) If not filed separately, a request for approval of the payment of fees and expenses of the receiver.\n(7) Any other information required by the court.\n(b) If the court requires a final report, the receiver is discharged when the court approves the final report filed under subsection (a) and the receiver distributes all receivership property.\n(c) If the court does not require a final report, the receiver is discharged upon distribution of all receivership property.","path":["Title 6 Civil Practice.","Chapter 6 Remedies.","Article 18 Alabama Uniform Commercial Real Estate Receivership Act."],"source_url":"https://alison.legislature.state.al.us/code-of-alabama?section=6-6-802","current_through":"Act 2026-611","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T14:01:54Z","sha256":"8b07620f8e9678faa690fc6863f738e7b961626fc6ced0f954cd0b12fa517aa6","source_id":"us-al","stale":false,"prev":"us-al/ala.-code-6-6-801","next":"us-al/ala.-code-6-6-803"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
