{"data":{"id":"us-al/ala.-code-7-9a-623","jurisdiction":"us-al","citation":"Ala. Code § 7-9A-623","heading":"Right to Redeem Collateral.","body":"(a) Persons that may redeem. A debtor, any secondary obligor, or any other secured party or lienholder may redeem collateral.\n(b) Requirements for redemption. To redeem collateral, a person shall tender:\n(1) fulfillment of all obligations secured by the collateral; and\n(2) the reasonable expenses and attorney’s fees described in Section 7-9A-615(a)(1).\n(c) When redemption may occur.
