Code § 9-11-342","heading":"Commercial Quail Breeder’s License.","body":"A commercial quail breeder’s license must first be obtained from the state Department of Conservation and Natural Resources or its agents upon payment of $25.00 for each such license. Said license shall be valid from October 1 to September 30 next following.
