Code § 9-11-505","heading":"Penalties.","body":"Any person, firm, corporation, or association that violates Sections 9-11-500 to 9-11-504, inclusive, of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined not less than two thousand dollars ($2,000) nor more than five thousand dollars ($5,000), and may be imprisoned in the county jail for a period of not more than 30 days for each offense.
