(b) (1) The official meeting place of the Legislative Joint Auditing Committee shall be in that portion of the State Capitol Building assigned to the General Assembly by § 10-3-1105 . (2) However, the Legislative Joint Auditing Committee may meet at any other designated place it may deem necessary to the carrying out of its official business.
