Code Ann. § 12-18-1101","heading":"Procedure if the investigation is pending on a fatality","body":"Upon request, the Department of Human Services shall release the following information to the general public when an investigation is pending on a report of a fatality of a child to the Child Abuse Hotline:\n\n(1) Age, race, and gender of the child;\n\n(2) Date of the child's death;\n\n(3) Allegations or preliminary cause of death;\n\n(4) County and type of placement of the child at the time of incident leading to the child's death;\n\n(5) Generic relationship of the alleged offender to the child;\n\n(6) Agency conducting the investigation;\n\n(7) Legal action taken by the department;\n\n(8) Services offered or provided by the department presently and in the past; and\n\n(9) Name of the child.","path":["AR Code","Title 12","Chapter 18","Subchapter 11"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_ar_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:41Z","sha256":"38f583a9655f14cdcb6e839db1b5c9556d0aae98830a442c2e4a1051a83b1464","source_id":"us-ar","stale":false,"prev":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-12-18-1011","next":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-12-18-1102"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
