Code Ann. § 12-61-114","heading":"Call to duty","body":"Officers and enlisted personnel may be ordered for duty either by stating the substance of the orders telephonically, personally, by mail, or in such other manner as may be prescribed by the Governor as he or she deems necessary to accomplish the purpose.
