Code Ann. § 14-120-506","heading":"Suit to collect taxes on property in custody of another court","body":"In suits by a drainage district, levee district, or drainage and levee district to collect taxes on any property in the custody of a court other than that in which the tax suit is brought, the decree shall adjudicate the amount and legality of the tax.
