Code Ann. § 14-121-1001","heading":"Applicability","body":"The provisions of this act shall be applicable to any drainage district of this state which shall meet all the following requirements:\n\n(1) The district shall have been created either by order of the county court or the circuit court on appeal;\n\n(2) All lands within the district shall be within a single county;\n\n(3) No assessment of benefits shall have been confirmed by the county court or the circuit court on appeal;\n\n(4) No bonds shall have been issued by the districts secured by a valid pledge of any assessments, benefits, or betterments;\n\n(5) The district shall have been created without petitions in favor thereof having been filed, signed by a majority either in numbers, in acreage, or in value of the holders of real property within the district.","path":["AR Code","Title 14","Chapter 121","Subchapter 10"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_ar_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:41Z","sha256":"04705ca5e56553899bfa3532e443cab0ea814d2ea7277bba1fc4b307793778d0","source_id":"us-ar","stale":false,"prev":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-14-120-705","next":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-14-121-1002"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
