Code Ann. § 14-123-303","heading":"Certification of unopposed candidates without election","body":"(a) In all elections held within this state for the election of directors or commissioners of any levee district, the names of unopposed candidates shall not be printed on the ballot, and the election commissioners of the county shall certify as elected the person who qualifies for the office.\n\n(b) In the event all of the candidates within the county are unopposed, no election shall be held in the county.
