Code Ann. § 14-19-106","heading":"Alteration and preservation","body":"The county court shall have power, from time to time, to alter, repair, or rebuild any county building which has been erected in their county and may cause necessary buildings and fixtures to be erected, as circumstances may require and the funds of the county may admit.
