Code Ann. § 14-282-115","heading":"Dissolution of district","body":"(a) The improvement district shall continue to exist for the purpose of operating and maintaining ambulance services until such time as the owners of a two-thirds (2/3) majority in value of the real property within the district petition the county court for dissolution of the improvement district.\n\n(b) Publication of the petition for dissolution, as provided for in creating the improvement district, shall be made.
