Code Ann. § 14-284-102","heading":"Purpose of district","body":"The purpose of the district shall be the building, equipping, and operating of a fire station or stations equipped with a fire truck or fire trucks, fire hose, chemical fire extinguishers, and other equipment for extinguishing fires.
