Code Ann. § 14-299-202","heading":"Signer's failure to pay pro rata costs","body":"If any signer of the agreement fails to pay his part of the costs according to the terms of the agreement, the board of commissioners created in § 14-299-204 is authorized to bring suit against the owner, his successors, and assigns for the recovery of the amount due.
