Code Ann. § 14-363-202","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in this subchapter, unless the context otherwise requires:\n\n(1) \"Airport\" means any area of land usable for the landing and taking off of airplanes;\n\n(2) A city is \"served\" by an airport if the airport is used for private flying or otherwise as a point of arrival or departure by air by persons residing or having their place of business in the city;\n\n(3) An airport is of the \"public utility class\" if it is available to the general public for private flying or otherwise as a point of arrival or departure by air;\n\n(4) \"Person\" means any individual, firm, copartnership, public or private corporation, company, association, joint-stock association, or body politic and includes any trustee, receiver, assignee, or other similar representative thereof; and\n\n(5) \"Structure\" means any object constructed or installed by man including, but without limitation, buildings, towers, smokestacks, and overhead transmission lines.","path":["AR Code","Title 14","Chapter 363","Subchapter 2"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_ar_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:41Z","sha256":"af5b35ead82a63ef28564a8fe1c20117b8d2effd25818a97a93843d8c7503130","source_id":"us-ar","stale":false,"prev":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-14-363-201","next":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-14-363-203"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
