Code Ann. § 14-363-301","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in this subchapter, unless the context otherwise requires:\n\n(1) \"United States airport\" means any United States airport owned or operated by the federal government, any part of which is located within the State of Arkansas;\n\n(2) \"County\" means a county within whose borders there is any part of a United States airport;\n\n(3) \"City\" means any city whose territorial limits are within fifty thousand feet (50,000') from any United States airport;\n\n(4) \"Person\" means any individual, firm, copartnership, public or private corporation, company, association, joint-stock association, or body politic and includes any trustee, receiver, assignee, or other similar representative thereof; and\n\n(5) \"Structure\" means any object constructed or installed by man including, but without limitation, buildings, towers, smokestacks, and overhead transmission lines.","path":["AR Code","Title 14","Chapter 363","Subchapter 3"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_ar_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:41Z","sha256":"7468154253d6b9701f9f5b911fb6d6f6369eb24d1fc3ec322907923daed4d7d5","source_id":"us-ar","stale":false,"prev":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-14-363-208","next":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-14-363-302"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
