Code Ann. § 14-57-301","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in this subchapter, unless the context otherwise requires:\n\n(1) \"Taxicab\" means motor-driven vehicles having a seating capacity not in excess of seven (7) passengers and used for the transportation of persons for hire.
