Code Ann. § 14-77-105","heading":"Remedial or corrective action","body":"The public officer or employee violating a fiscal responsibility and management law shall be given not more than thirty (30) days from the date of notification to effect corrective or remedial action recommended by the executive director of the political subdivision.
