(2) Twenty-five dollars ($25.00) of the fine under subdivision (a)(1) of this section shall be paid to the informer. (b) Each corner destroyed when there is a failure to comply with this subchapter as to corners constitutes a separate offense. Amended by Act 2023, No. 203,§ 16, eff. 8/1/2023.
