Code Ann. § 14-90-916","heading":"Payments by collector","body":"The county tax collector shall pay over to the county treasurer, on the first day of each month, all moneys received by him, deducting therefrom his commission for his services, which shall not exceed three percent (3%), to be fixed by the board of improvements.
