Code Ann. § 15-10-306","heading":"Injunction","body":"Whenever, in the opinion of the Attorney General, any person is violating or is about to violate § 15-10-303 , the Attorney General may apply to the appropriate court for an order enjoining the person from engaging or continuing to engage in the activity violative of this subchapter.
