Code Ann. § 15-20-1102","heading":"Legislative intent","body":"The General Assembly finds that:\n\n(1) In certain areas of Arkansas, applications of soil nutrients may have resulted or in the future may result in excessive soil nutrient concentration;\n\n(2) These applications are not the most effective use of nutrients and if continued could negatively impact the area;\n\n(3) Land application of poultry litter is a significant source of nutrients in these areas; and\n\n(4) Therefore, in certain areas, it is necessary to limit the application of nutrients and to regulate the utilization of poultry litter to protect the area while maintaining soil fertility.","path":["AR Code","Title 15","Chapter 20","Subchapter 11"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_ar_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:41Z","sha256":"3f3f84375ae82d2934624bfe2a54e0a199a7bbdb5ebf26c5c9d0fea863356ddd","source_id":"us-ar","stale":false,"prev":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-15-20-1101","next":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-15-20-1103"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
