Code Ann. § 15-22-1012","heading":"Use of funds","body":"The Arkansas Natural Resources Commission may use the moneys in the Arkansas Water Development Fund for the following purposes:\n\n(1) For the voluntary acquisition of land suitable for use in mitigation banks;\n\n(2) To pay for costs incurred for alterations needed to create, restore, or enhance aquatic resources areas for purposes of carrying out the provisions of this subchapter;\n\n(3) For payment of administrative, research, or scientific monitoring expenses of the commission in carrying out the provisions of this subchapter;\n\n(4) To repay financial assistance received from state financial assistance programs, including interest and applicable fees, used for the purposes of carrying out the intent of this subchapter; and\n\n(5) Any other purpose related to wetland, stream, deep water aquatic habitat, or aquatic resources creation or restoration.","path":["AR Code","Title 15","Chapter 22","Subchapter 10"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_ar_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:41Z","sha256":"92d9e5962bfd54c5c61fc45a3df02fb93183218df529f251125c12ccb609e100","source_id":"us-ar","stale":false,"prev":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-15-22-1011","next":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-15-22-1101"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
