Code Ann. § 15-31-111","heading":"Fees","body":"(a) The Arkansas Forestry Commission is authorized to charge private landowners a rate not to exceed four dollars ($4.00) per acre for the preparation of timber management plans.\n\n(b) The proceeds from the charge shall be used to provide for the maintenance, operation, and improvement of the commission.\n\n(c) The commission is authorized to promulgate such rules necessary to administer the fees, rates, tolls, or charges for services established by this section and is directed to prescribe and collect such fees, rates, tolls, or charges for the services delivered by the commission in such manner as may be necessary to support the programs of the commission as directed by the Governor and General Assembly.","path":["AR Code","Title 15","Chapter 31","Subchapter 1"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_ar_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:41Z","sha256":"95b8ec3a26ec6bacd30c30e5ef00aa488e30d9fcc92d1371bd722fb1cac641a0","source_id":"us-ar","stale":false,"prev":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-15-31-110","next":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-15-31-112"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
