Code Ann. § 15-32-601","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in this subchapter: (1) \"Owner\" means any person, partnership, corporation, unincorporated association, or other legal entity having any interest in any: (A) Timber; (B) Land upon which timber grows; or (C) Land from which timber has been removed; (2) \"Secondary purchaser\" means any person, partnership, corporation, unincorporated association, or other legal entity buying timber from a timber purchaser; and (3) \"Timber purchaser\" means a person who purchases standing timber for harvest.
