Code Ann. § 15-4-310","heading":"Minority and women-owned business officer","body":"(a) Each state agency shall designate an individual as its minority and women-owned business officer.\n\n(b) The minority and women-owned business officer shall be the person within the state agency with whom the Division of Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprise of the Arkansas Economic Development Commission and the Minority and Women-owned Business Advisory Council shall work in their efforts to accomplish the goals of this subchapter.\n\n(c) Upon the appointment of the minority and women-owned business officer in each state agency, the state agency shall notify the division and the Office of State Procurement.","path":["AR Code","Title 15","Chapter 4","Subchapter 3"],"source_url":"https://oss-data-us.vaquill.ai/v2026.08/us_ar_statutes.parquet","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:41Z","sha256":"6d908ab82ca811176d6ca21402e72bbc8396c4380ad7d6dacc665d38eec83307","source_id":"us-ar","stale":false,"prev":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-15-4-309","next":"us-ar/ark.-code-ann.-15-4-311"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
